3 Hour Elective Course - In real estate there is no ‘Standard’ or ‘Traditional’ or ‘New Wave’. This is what antitrust laws are all about – Brokerages each setting their own policies, transacting business their own way, without regard to what competitors are doing. In this course we will cover the many ways you can assist consumers in their real estate transaction including: exclusive representation, transaction facilitator, seller agency, buyer agency, and so much more. And while we are at it, let’s talk about required agency disclosure, the importance of written agreement and compensation. Sometimes moving forward means taking a step back, unlearning old habits and relearning our new way of life because whether you like it or not, CHANGE is COMING!

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.

Seating is limited, to hold your place you must register and pay in full.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following
