3 Hour Elective Course - As real estate agents in the real world, we continually face a maze of legal issues that need to be handled with great respect and caution. Risk management begins with knowledge of the rules. This course covers a variety of topics such as Do- Not-Call, Can Spam, Antitrust and much, much more. Stop in, get updated and review what is in the news and how to stay out of court. 3-Hour Elective

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.

Seating is limited, to hold your place you must register and pay in full.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
