Real Estate Agency - When & How to Disclose (3 Core)

Description

Real Estate Agency: The difference in types of agencies explained, fiduciary duties defined, how to properly apply agency according to the situation, and review of agency forms for proper competition and application. (3-hour core)

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.  Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
