THIS IS A WEBINAR COURSE VIA ZOOM. THE LINK WILL BE EMAILED THE DAY PRIOR TO CLASS FROM ST. LOUIS REALTORS®. Join us for one of these special training sessions on anticipated changes to the Buyer’s Exclusive Agency Contract, Listing Agency Contract, and Residential Sale Contract. These changes are currently pending approval and, upon approval, will be effective July 1, 2024. Each session will deliver the same content and review of contracts.
