3 Hour Elective Course - In real estate no two transactions are ever the same - each comes with its own unique challenges. Loopholes in the contract, gray areas, bizarre situations and working with crazy buyers and sellers - it seems there is a new challenge around every corner. Call it Story Time for real estate. You will be shocked, will laugh, and say that it will never happen to you! Never say never! Every day is school - Learn from Lessons in the Trenches.

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.

Seating is limited, to hold your place you must register and pay in full.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
