Description

Fair Housing CORE (3 hours) Mandate for 2024-2026 License Renewal Period:

 Acquire background and understanding of Fair Housing as well as how to adhere to the laws when marketing and working with clients with examples of advertising phrases and real-life situations with instructor Joe Sahrmann.

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. 

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
