Fair Housing CORE (3 hours) Mandate for 2024-2026 License Renewal Period:

In this course you will learn how to comply with current federal Fair Housing and Missouri Human Rights Act laws with Laura Squires.

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. 

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
