CE: Home Valuations: Date Sources for Today's Market

Description

Review of sources used by lending institutions, appraisers, and real estate licensees to combine a 7-model analysis to explain values to buyers and sellers done with a step by step in class example. 

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. 

Cancellations: Must notifiy the Association 24 hours prior to the day of class and must be in writing, asst@sgarealtors.org. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
