Fair Housing CORE (3 hours) Mandate for 2026-2028 License Renewal Period:

Quiz yourself to see if you are adhering to Fair Housing policies,recieve examples of cautionary words and advertising phrases, participate in simulations viewing situations from not just real estate practitioners but also the eyes of the consumer.

Lunch will be provided for agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
