3 Hour Elective Course - Some call the 'Bombshell Lawsuits' others 'Decoupling of Real Estate Commissions,' no matter the term, it is clear that real estate is under attack. With claims of Antitrust, anti-competitive policies, steering, collusion and so much more the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Federation of America, and now numerous class action lawsuits are all taking a direct aim at the real estate industry. No matter the outcome, one thing is certain - EVERYONE in our industry will be impacted. To get up to speed - we should start at the beginning - here is your beginning.

Lunch will be provided to agents who register for the morning & afternoon class. Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during class.

Seating is limited, to hold your place you must register and pay in full.

Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
