Here's a little background of who I am.  I am married and we have two grown sons and four grandchildren.   I am a Realtor and have worked in the Commercial and Residential Design Realm for 20+ years.  I grew up here, in St. Louis, on THE HILL.  My forever extended family.  So, with growing up on THE HILL it should be no surprise that our family owns a soccer team named Club Atletico Saint Louis.  It is a Men’s Development Team.  We can get into that a little more later or you can go to https://www.gobluebirds.com/ to learn how that all started. 

Now, let’s talk about US!  What can I do for you?  Are you interested in Buying or Selling a home? Or perhaps you or a loved one is ready to retire and are interested in moving to a Retirement Home.  I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES designation )  I assist with those who would like to move to a retirement home, Assisted Living Home, or a Nursing Home.  Also, I can assist with making your home or a loved one's home a safe home to live in.  Perhaps it's time to install handle bars near stairs or in the bathroom,  and other items such as that to keep you or your loved one safe from falling.  I can assist with making the home a SMART HOME as well.  This is great for anyone, any age, and especially with seniors.  I am happy to discuss this with you, please give me a call.  

Real Estate and Design are my passion, and I am very much a people person.  I am fortunate to work with Brokers who are always thinking ahead.  We have some great strategic riders to assist us in getting YOU that home you absolutely must have.  Selling? Well, no problem, I can get that done as well.  I have been involved in real estate since the eighties; However,  I have been my happiest with MORE Realtors.  Previously, my husband and I flipped and renovated homes and I handled the inspections, appraisals, showing the home, and most all of what I do now.  I also stage homes, so technically, I am your all in ONE! 

I work with First Time Home Buyers, Investors, Sellers/Buyers, High-End Homes, and Seniors.  I have and do it ALL!  I work with out-of-town clientele. I make video calls while walking through homes with my out-of-town clients. I assist with the renovations and will again video call the client letting him/her know the progress and how we are remaining on schedule and on budget.  There is nothing like a before and after renovated home. I very much enjoy being a part of it all.

Besides my SRES Designation, I also have earned my PSA Designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor and ABR, Accredited Buyer's Respresentative.  I very much enjoy learning and changing with the times.
