CE: Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems for Realtors

This course examines what is involved in an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) inspection that is conducted at a point-of-sale.  Topics that are covered include: how a OWTS (septic system) works, what is an inspection versus and evaluation, how to help your inspection process progress, and maintenance tips on OWTS to help your system work properly. This class is taught by two individuals that work in the onsite wastewater industry for over 15 years.  They welcome audience questions about the inspection process and how these systems work.   Snacks, coffee and water will be provided during each class. Cancellations must be notified to the Association prior to the day of class and must be in writing. Refunds or credits will not be provided if notification is the day of class or any day following.
